Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because:

The customer is unavailable,

The provided address is incorrect,

The delivery is repeatedly refused,

the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected pin codes across India.

To ensure smooth delivery:

Please keep the exact payment amount ready whenever possible.

Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the restriction of COD service for future purchases.

Damaged Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

Do not accept the package if it appears severely tampered with.

Take clear photos of the package.

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

Currently, Sliceasy.in ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.
